Dear Bear Den Parents and Scouts:

Congratulations to Andrew and Zachary for earning their next progress bead!  

This week we worked on a scrapbook (Achievement 8: c) for our den to show future Bear dens all the fun and excitement they can expect during the year.  I have a few items to add myself and then we’ll check out our final product. 

Be sure to mark your calendars for our meeting with the Lexington Police Department officer on Sunday, March 1 at 3:00 pm.  We will meet at the front door at the Main Street entrance. 

Even if you were unable to help distribute Scouting for Food bags last Saturday, we still need help sorting donated items as they are brought to the Scout room.  If you are able to help, be at the Scout room at 9am on Saturday (2/14).  If you have any cardboard boxes, they are helpful to transport items to the food pantry.  This is also a good time for Cub Scouts to work directly with the Boy Scouts!
