To join Cub Scout Pack 298, download and complete the application. Carbon copy versions are available at cub scout recruiting day at Morris Brandon.

For Adults, please note the disclosure/authorization form on page 4. Adults must complete and sign that form as well as one copy of the application. A SSN is required for Adults and the BSA will perform a background. Further a quick 20 minutes online course - Youth Protection Training - is required for all Adult leader found at myscouting.org

The medical consent is required for the campouts.
