Travis's Eagle project was painting and repairing Sparta Town Hall. The 100 year old building was Sparta's original School House. We started work on it the 2nd week of June and we just finished on July 7, 2014. Travis and all the very hardworking volunteers did an amazing job. It wasn't an easy task the whole building, including the original outhouse out back, needed scraping, caulking and painting. The handrail needed replacing and we repaired the bulletin board and sign. We also did some landscaping to the town hall, cemetery and 9/11 Memorial.
