Barry Sward. He ensures that the Pack Leaders are all properly Trained and Certified for their Positions.  

Pack Treasurer
Angela Mayers

She handles all pack funds, pays bills according to the recommendations of the pack committee.  She maintains the pack’s checking account, keeps accurate records, as well as preparing and presenting reports to the pack committee.

Pack Secretary
Evetta Garcia

She creates committee meeting minutes and ensures that our Pack is rechartered each year with the BSA.  She keeps herself knowledgeable of all cub scouting literature, materials, records, and forms to help leaders function effectively.  She maintains up-to-date information on membership, leadership, and attendance in the pack record book.  She is responsible for maintaining an inventory of pack property.  She also handles correspondence and requests with other organizations for the pack.

Charter Organization Representative
Randall Bartlett

He maintains a close liaison with the pack committee and Prince of Peace United Methodist Church, assists with unit rechartering.  He represents the pack and the charter organization at the council level.  And he is also an active and involved member of the district committee.

Community Service Chairman
Responsible for the Pack Service Projects to include Scouting for Food, clothing drives, conservation and Charter Organization Cleanups.  

Public Relations Chairman
Manages the Pack’s website and social media.

Advancement Chairman
Hadad Sanchez. She ensures all Pack awards, badges, belt loops, pins and patches are logged, ordered and prepared to give to scouts at Pack meetings.
