•New Scout Orientation
•Popcorn Sales at Retail locations in Shelton
•Soapbox Derby races at Huntington Congregation Church and family picnic
October:
•Family Halloween Costumed Party
November:
•Canned Food Drive to benefit Spooner House
•Family Campfire Marshmallow Roast at Osborndale Park, Derby, Make Thank You Cards for Veterans; Our Biggest Heroes
December:
•Family Holiday Party and gift donation for the local needy; receive special gift from Santa of Pinewood Derby car
January:
•Scout and Parent 'Lock-in' at Shelton Community Center, Pizza, Movie, swimming, games
February:
•Pinewood Derby race at Shelton Intermediate School
March:
•Blue & Gold Luncheon - special advancements
April:
• Shelton's Clean Sweep at Nike Site Park
May:
• Memorial Day Parade march - Shelton/Derby
June:
•Family Camp Out at Putnam Memorial Park, Redding, CT
Summer:
•Hiking trip at a local trail

Housatonic Council Cub Scout Camp in Orange or Camp Strange Goshen!
