    c. Troop 118 Registration Form
    d. BSA Driver Information Form

2. Prep registration fee and dues:
    $16 BSA registration & insurance for new scouts or $1 transfer fee 
    $3 per month pro-rated dues through the end of February
    $12 Troop T-shirt
    $12 Scout Book
    $4 Council Patch
    $4 Troop 118 Patch
    $2 World Crest
    $2 Shoulder Loops

3. Bring completed forms and payment (cash or check) to the next Scout meeting (see the "Calendar" tab) and check in with our Scoutmaster, Mark Funk, for further instructions.
