Journey: It's Your World—Change It!

Welcome to the Daisy Flower Garden! Later this year, we will be taking one of the new leadership journeys at the Daisy Girl Scout level - it combines learning about nature and gardening with an introduction to scouting, including learning the Girl Scout Promise and Law. They will start out by receiving their background Journey patch, and then earn the three Journey awards:

• The Watering Can Award represents girls being ''responsible for what I say and do.''
• The Golden Honey Bee Award represents taking action through a gardening effort for others to make the world a better place.
• The Amazing Daisy Award represents knowing—and living—the Promise and Law.

Please note: if you are on the GSUSA site or online shop, you may see various Journey items available including the girl's book -- you do not need to buy any of them. The girls will not be using the book at meetings, although they will hear the story out of it and do a few of the activities. Feel free to purchase it if you think they'd like their own copy, but keep it at home for their personal use.
