Hi my name is Megan Russell and I am an instructor and Ranger Candidate with Venture Crew 34. I love to play sports, have fun, and am active in the crew. I am part of a local girl scout troop that is involved with a lot of community service. I enjoy the outdoor activities we do in the crew such as, climbing, hiking, boating, camping, and climbing.

My name is Ryan Davis and I am the president of Crew 34. I'm attending North High School and I've grown up in the Highland Park neighborhood on the north side of Des Moines, Iowa. Things I bring to the crew involve first aid, wilderness survival, and hiking. I've been involved with scouting since I was seven-years-old in the tiger cubs. I am now a life scout, hoping to become an eagle scout in 2011. My interests outside of scouting include playing the guitar, songwriting, bowling, hanging with friends, and playing pool. When it comes to what I get out of scouting, it would be making good decisions in life and being adventurous.
