Cub Scout Pack 316 was chartered in December of 2008.  In February, scouts all over America, honor and pay homage to their chartered organizations on Scout Sunday. John Hurt, our Chartered Organizational Representative, was presented our original charter in February 2009 to mark a new beginning and a return to scouting for Bethany Presbyterian Church.
