OA ELECTIONS AT MONDAY NIGHT'S MEETING
An election can only be held if a quorum is reached, and elected must garner the votes of more than half of those that cast a ballot.
Representatives from the Order of the Arrow will be on hand to discuss the OA and answer any questions you might have about their service organization.

Final planning will be at this Monday's scout meeting before or after OA elections depending on arrival of our guests.
If you have not registered, please come prepared to do so.
BSA Medical Forms:
Every year Scouts, leaders, and parents/guardians who attend Scouting events need to have Parts A and B of the BSA Annual Health and Medical record. Those attending events lasting 72 hours or more need to have Part C in addition to Parts A and B. Guidelines can be found on the BSA website at http://www.scouting.org/scoutsource/HealthandSafety/ahmr.aspx
Physicals are good for one (1) year (12 months) from the date they are signed by the medical professional.
