BSA has updated Medical Forms. These are required for us to have on Pack Overnighters and other activities.

Please take a few minutes to update the medical form for your Scout. The Pack will need a printed copy for our upcoming

Pack Overnighter. Day Camp will also need a Medical Form

BSA Medical forms need to be updated yearly, and can be saved on your computer as a PDF for convenient updating.
