CUB SCOUT PRIDE!

PACK 3333 wishes to welcome our new TIGER CUBS for the 2014-15 year!  Our Tiger den looks like a terrific group of boys!  It's going to be a Great Adventure-for you scouts AND your families!  And welcome to our new TIGER LEADERS, Joe Beltrani and Jim Congema!  The Tigers are lucky to have you!

We are proud to recognize those scouts who attended the Long Island National Cemetery Memorial Flag Placement and Retrieval Events!  It was very early in the morning, but these scouts were committed to showing their patriotism and honoring our veterans.  Thank you to all those who came out, including Aiden, Kevin, Danny, Jack, Ryan, Owen, and Mason!

Congratulations to all our scouts who moved up Friday, May 16!  They worked hard all year earning badges, belt loops, and pins, and finally get to wear their new hats!  Check out Frank Bayer's pictures of the ceremony on our private site!  And thank you to all the families that donated supplies for our troops!  There is still time to donate if you have not yet done so-please give any donated items to Kevin Holtje before Saturday, May 31.  See link above for list of requested items.

A big thank you to the scouts who spent their Saturday morning sprucing up Sunken Meadow Park for the Annual I Love My Park Day on May 3!  We will all be enjoying the beauty and wonder of Long Island's unique parks, beaches, and wildlife.  You've done a great service to your community!

Congratulations to all our Webelos II Scouts who bridged to Boy Scouts on March 14!  We are all so proud of you and wish you the best of luck on your continuing adventure through Scouting!  You're all a credit to PACK 3333 and the Matinecock District!
