HAPPY NEW YEAR
2015 is going to be action-packed for Troop 10107.
Our next meeting on Tuesday, January 13th from 3 to 5 kicks off with a "SUPER SISTERHOOD" theme. So PLEASE, PLEASE if you have not turned in your sisterhood spreadsheet please do so today. Jenna Cappo, a Munster high school student, will be our guest speaker. We think that this will be a very special meaning.
Cookie Sales started on January 1st, so if you haven't started selling please encourage your daughter to do so. Mrs. Burns has graciously volunteered to be our cookie mom. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Our Cookie Booth Sale will be February 28th or March 1st. We will let you know which mass we receive once we find out.
Culture Fest is Saturday, February 21st from 10am to 1pm. We will be representing the country of Switzerland. We will be working on this event at our GS meeting on Thursday, February 5th (normal time) and Sunday, February 8th from 10 to 3(??) at our Culture Fest Workshop. We are looking for a few families to supply and coordinate lunch for our workshop on February 8th. As we will have our hands full with preparing for activities. Please let us know if you are willing. Thank you in advance. We will be serving truffles(donated by Lindt), hot chocolate, and coffee at Culture Fest. To defray the cost of supplies and the girls aprons we are asking for a $10 donation per girl. We hope that this will be easier for everyone. Please turn in $ at the January 13th meeting. If a conflict arises please let us know personally. If you'd like to turn in sooner, please send through Isabella c/o Mrs. Wieczorek. P.S We are looking for a warmer for the hot chocolate. Please let us know if you have any ideas.
