Our next Pack meeting will be held at Palm City Presbyterian Church on Friday, May 17, 2013
 starting at 6:30pm.  This pack meeting will be outside.  Class A uniform is required.  Please bring lawn chairs and mosquito spray.

Gleaning


Pack 822 Community Service event will be held Saturday, May, 11, 2013 starting at 8:45am until approximately 12pm. We will be gleaning corn at Agri-Gator Farms, Palm City. Agri-Gator Farms has been kind enough to allow us to glean corn on their farm. Corn will be donated to C.R.O.S. Ministries and House of Hope through our host, Palm City Presbyterian Church.

DIRECTIONS TO GLEANING SITE IN PALM CITY
May 11th– From 8:45am to Noon
Agri-Gators Farms

13199 SW Martin Hwy, Palm City, FL 34990
Take I-95 to exit 110
Go west on county road 714 also known as Martin Highway for about 2.5 miles. A farm sign will be on your right at SW Long Drive. Turn right on SW Long Drive and proceed approximately 3 miles. The paved road will end and the dirt road will begin. You will pass a house on the right. Shortly after that look for a gleaning sign and pull off to the side of the road and park. Field supervisors and/or Farm Operations Manager will help you from there.

Remember there are no bathrooms in the field. Make use of the rest area at approximately mile marker 107.

Pack 822 is only as strong as the families that support it.

We have many volunteer opportunities available which take up very little time each month.  Please support our Pack and volunteer your time either as a Trained Leader or an Adult Volunteer.
