Welcome to the website of Cub Pack 57, here in beautiful, rural Akron, Pennsylvania. We run a quality program based on the Scouting values. Our Akron Pack is sponsored by the Akron Lions Club, and meets in Roland Park. We are very involved with local community, and enjoy the small town values that Akron provides! The Cub Scout motto is to “Do your Best!” We try to put that into all that we do.

Cub Scouting is a family based program that has been in place for 80 years. Cub Scouting is a program for 1st (Tigers) , 2nd (Wolves), 3rd (Bears), 4th & 5th-grade (Webelos) boys. We mix team work with independent study so the boys can gain confidence and awards. The boys earn rank, arrow points, Beltloops, and other various awards to applaud their hard work.

Our Pack participates in events like the Pinewood Derby, Barnstormers (baseball) Sleepover, campouts, fundraisers, community service activities and so much more!

The goal of Cub Scouting is to help boys grow into good citizens, who are strong in moral character and physically fit. Cub Scouting is fun with a purpose!

If you want your son to have some fun, enjoy outdoor adventures and participate in a program that will support him in all of his best efforts, then Cub Scouts is the place for your son. He’ll learn to live the Cub Scout motto and experience the rewards of helping others achieve the same.
