Seems most of us that have already completed this process in the past will need to complete the process once again:

(1) Complete Youth Protection and print out the certificate (if you already have your recent certificate, use that one)
(2) Complete another BSA Adult application (with appropriate approvals)
(3) Complete the BSA Adult Merit Badge Application
     Originals should be turned in to Ted Edie to be recorded, then forwarded to District Advancement.

No reason was given for the loss of BSA information in the system, just know we need to provide this again.
