Welcome to Pack 355's Website!

Pack 355 is chartered by and meets at the First Christian Church, 203 S. Main Street, Duncanville, TX 75116.

On the first Monday of each month, we hold our Pack meeting, where everyone gathers at 7PM in the church sanctuary.  It is a more formal time, where uniforms are mandatory, and recognition and awards are given out for the previous month.  Families are encouraged to attend the Pack meeting to support their boys.  We go over the Pack calendar and talk about upcoming events, skits by the boys and a sing-a-long.  The meeting is usually followed by refreshments and social time in one of the classrooms.

On the second and third Mondays of each month, all Dens (Tiger, Wolf, and Bear) meet individually at 7PM, in the education wing classrooms, also at the church.  This is a time to work on achievements and skills and plan activities.

Fourth Mondays are used for special events and to make up for holidays that fall on Mondays.

We are part of the Wisdom Trail District under the Circle 10 Council.

Come join our pack and be a part of the fun of Cub Scouting!

CALLING ALL PARENTS:
This is a family organization.  We need your participation to help your son have a fun time and learn to grow through the Scouting program.  We need volunteers to help deliver a fantastic program for your boys.  Plenty of resources and training are available.
Volunteering does not have to take a lot of your time. The time you contribute is up to you, but we need your participation.

Contact your son's Den leader or the Cubmaster to discuss how you can help your son (and your family) have an incredibly fun scouting experience.  We need people to help with one-time events:  Pinewood Derby, Blue & Gold Banquet, walking with boys during Day Camp, and being a Den Leader or Assistant Den Leader.  The boys enjoy the continuity and seeing you there!

For our Tiger Cubs, where all parents are required to participate, we have a Tiger coach. Parents learn by helping, taking a turn leading a meeting, and have the assistance of the Tiger coach and the Pack staff.  There are plenty of online training and pre-planned meeting lessons to help you with your experience.  At District level there is a monthly Round Table class to teach you how to be a Cub Scout leader, with hints and tips, resources and guides.
