Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 46 – Spanish Springs, NV

Cub Scout Pack 46 is committed to providing the youth from Spanish Springs and the surrounding area with the finest program to encourage strong values, hard work, and leadership: and having some fun in the process!

Our pack is located in Spanish Springs just north of Sparks, Nevada and is chartered to the Sparks Greenbrae Lions Club. Our Pack has loads of fun during the year with Pinewood Derby, Blue and Gold dinner, Christmas party, Family camp at Camp Fleischmann, a Pack camp-out, and Day Camp. Oops almost forgot the summer picnic at Lazy 5 Park. We have our Pack meetings at Jesse Hall Elementary school, where our Cubmaster, hands out all the awards the boys have earned in Den meetings. We sing goofy songs and have fun skits by the scouts.

Youth do not have to go to any particular school or live in any particular area to join Cub Scouts with Pack 46. The choice of a Cub Scout Pack is usually a matter of where friends are joining and/or the convenience of the meeting location.

Any interested Youth who is in the K through 3rd grade and any boy through fifth grade can join Cub Scouting with Cub Scout Pack 46 anytime.  For more information contact Committee Chair Steve Kenzer 775-425-4691.

JOINING BOY SCOUTS (OLDER BOYS): Boy Scouting (as opposed to Cub Scouting) is for older boys, those who are at least 11 years old, or who have completed the 5th grade, or who have earned the Arrow of Light in Cub Scouting and are at least 10 years old. For more information on Boy Scouting, contact Steve Kenzer 775-425-4691.
