The annual Popcorn Sale is a "win-win" situation for everyone! The popcorn sale is an opportunity for our Scouts to earn
money to help pay for Cub Scout/Webelos Adventureland and Cub Scout Day Camp and for us to earn much-needed dollars to deliver a quality program. Finally the council can continue to provide the many extras that they provide because popcorn supports their operating budget.

We have show and sells scheduled for September 29th and 30th and October 6th and 7th.

We will be selling popcorn at Family Fare and Walgreens.

I have a list of dates and times for your cub scout and you (adult/guardian) to sign up and sell popcorn.  Please visit www.signupgenius.com and click on the find a sign up tab.  then enter my email address allendalepack3039@yahoo.com it will direct you to the rest.  Questions or comments - please email me.

Please note - when you sign up your scout to sell - an adult or guardian must be with him.  This is not a drop off situation.  I will not be at the sale at all times and I do not know if I will have a registered leader there for the time you choose.  If an adult/guardian can not make the time slot you choose - please contact me (allendalepack3039@yahoo.com)

Show and sell -  you have the popcorn with you when you sell and you collect the money at the same time.  You let your popcorn kernel know in September how much popcorn you would like to sell and you order it - example - 6 boxes of butter, 6 boxes of butter light, 6 bags of caramel corn.  You then pick it up from the popcorn kernel and sell it.  You collect the money as you sell.  (You can also do take orders at this time if the customer would like a different product or not order right away.)  You then return the money and the unsold popcorn to the popcorn kernel by the first week in November (popcorn kernel needs to get back any extra popcorn at that time for inventory.)  You are responsible for collecting all monies and returning any unsold product. 

Take orders - the scout takes orders from customers (try and collect the money up front).  You then place your order with the popcorn kernel (the first week of November).  The third week in November you then pick up the popcorn from the kernel and deliver the popcorn and collect the money.  You are responsible for collecting all monies.
