The Cubmaster
The cubmaster is a parent volunteer.  He/she plans and leads the monthly Pack meetings and presides at other Pack activities.

The Den Leaders
The Den Leaders are the parent volunteers who plan and run the activities of the Den.  Each Den needs a minimum of 2 registered adult leaders; however, all parent participation is welcome.

The Committee Chair
The Committee Chair, also a parent volunteer, presides over the Committee, and handles the administrative responsibilities associated with the Pack.

The Committee
The Committee is the group of parent volunteers responsible for planning Pack activities and fundraisers plus overseeing the operations of the Pack.  The Committee includes volunteer positions such as the Cubmaster, Committee Chair, Treasurer, Special Events Chairs (derby, B&G, regatta), all Den Leaders, etc.

    Baloo's bugle is a monthly newsletter that is basically an online round table meeting.   Every newsletter is chock full of ideas and information for running pack meetings including lots of games and activities.  Ballo's Bugle  has been around for many years.  Follow this link and find a treasure trove of Baloo's Bugle newsletters online for your perusal.
