Getting Involved Too

To join scouting, your son must be 11 years old or have earned the Arrow of Light through Cub Scouts.

As a parent, your scout (or soon-to-be scout) needs your support through his journey for the major goal of Eagle Scout. Our troop is very active and will help parents and their scouts. Parents are also able to become leaders within our troop by going through training. Parents are also able to become Merit Badge Counselors, Assistant ScoutMasters and going to campouts.

Our troop is a great choice for young boys to become scouts, and for those scouts to become future leaders. Our troop wants success for all of our scouts and it starts with parent involvement. Great leaders start when they are able to teach others their skills and become trusted. With the help of parents, scouts are able to become great leaders and achieve great things for themselves and help others on their way.
