Paracord bracelets are a nice project that can keep the scouts busy for quite a while. You can purchase a spool of paracord on the web along with a bag of buckles.

I recommend that for little scout wrists you shoot for 5" or 6" bracelets (around 7' of paracord each) and go with 1/4" buckles instead of the 3/8" that most people use.
