Our Daisy Uniforms

The main piece of identification that shows a girl is a Daisy Scout is the Membership Pin and tab, which shows they belong to the Girl Scout family (this tab also shows the WAGGS pin, which they will earn during the year):

Girls can choose to wear the Daisy tunic to wear it on, which identifies them as a member of the Scouting family and also serves as a place to keep all the official insignia, official earned awards (petals and journey patches) as well as the many fun patches they earn at various events all year. The tab and pin can occasionally be worn when attending official events out of uniform.

When wearing the tunic, the troop number and tab and pin are required; the flag and council patch are optional. Official awards go on the front of the tunic or vest, all activity and "fun" patches go on the back. Here's the official placement of all earned awards and insignia, please refer to these if you're not sure where something goes:

Girl Scouts USA offers many optional official clothing items, such as socks, jackets, leggings and more -- please note that none of these are required as part of a uniform, but they can be fun to have. New this year -- a Daisy beanie!
