Join Troop 16, chartered by Blessed Sacrament Church, on the trail for the Hiking merit badge.  Troop 16 presents the following opportunities for Scouts to complete the required five (5) ten-mile and one (1) twenty-mile hikes [meets requirements 5 & 6 of the Hiking merit badge, and can be used to fulfill rank requirements for Second Class (2a) and First Class (3)]:

     19 Oct 2013     Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield National Park, 10 miles

     7 Dec 2013      Skidaway Island, 10 miles

     4 Jan 2014       Ogeechee Canal, 10 miles

     1 Feb 2014      Savannah Religious Hike, 10 miles

     30 Mar 2014     Tybee Island, 20 miles

     5 Apr 2014       Hogan Farm, 10 miles
