Pack 677 News!

The summer has flown by and our new scouting year will be starting in no time.

We had a great turn out for our rocket launch event last weekend.  The boys and families had a great time and we got to see some really impressive rockets launch. 

Our Packnic will be held on Sunday, September 7, at Camp Okarro from 3 to 6 PM

We finally have a web site!  It is a work in progress, but it’s a great way for us to improve communication and keep everyone informed on Pack events.  All of you should have received an e-mail invitation to join our site.  The address is http://gurneepack677.scoutlander.com/publicsite/home.aspx.   As the year progresses we hope to be able to have event sign up through our web site calendar.  Also, each den will have a folder on the site to allow for communication of den specific content.

All parents are welcome to attend our monthly Committee meeting, as well as the monthly Council Round Table meeting.  I will be putting exact dates for these meetings on our web site calendar.  We also have some vacant positions on our Committee.
