CAMPERS GET READY!!!

Our first camping adventure as a troop will be November 14-15, 2014 at Reed Bingham State Park in Adel, Georgia!

Reed Bingham is hosting their annual Girl Scout Adventure Weekend for the first 100 girls to register!  The spots are filling quickly, so we need to register ASAP!

Please complete the attached registration form and return to us at the next troop meeting.  All registrations and dues must be submitted by October 14th. 

The cost for this camping adventure will be $35 per girl and $25 per adult ($20 for additional adults).  The cost will cover parking, admission to the camping adventure, the meals for the event (Dinner, Breakfast/Lunch) and the girls will receive a t-shirt and fun patch. 

If you have your own parking pass, you can reduce your cost by $5 per person.  You may be able to check out a parking pass from the public library the day before the camping trip (availability not guaranteed). 

Girls will need to provide their own camping supplies.  Please let us know if you have a tent so we can ensure there are enough for all participants.
