The purpose of the Website is to promote the exchange of information among the Leaders, Scouts and Parents in Pack 200 of the Crossroads of America Council (CAC), and to enhance the mission to the community by promoting the program, aims and methods of the Boy Scouts of America.

Content:

All documents, illustrations, photographs and linked material must conform to the principles, policies and traditions of the Boy Scouts of Crossroads of America Council and the unit's chartered partner.

Youth Protection:

Pictures of youth on the website shall not have their name or any other personal information associated with the picture.

Pictures of youth on the website require a release form signed by their parent or guardian.

Under no circumstances shall the address, personal phone number or email address of any youth be published on the Internet.

Adult Protection:

Under no circumstances shall the address or personal phone number of parents be published on the site. Areas that ask for this must remain blank.  Scouts are linked to their parents, therefore if a parent publishes personal information they are also publishing their scout's personal information and that is PROHIBITED.
