What "age limits" exist in the Cub Scout program?

Cub Scouting is a program focused around a cub scout, his family, and the scouts community, helping the  scout to become a responsible young man. Cub Scouting is broken down into four grade/age areas.

Tiger Cubs: Are boys who are in the first grade or are 7 yrs old. Tiger Cubs work closely with his parent or guardian at all meeting and activities. Tiger Cubs have a handbook that they work out of with thier parents

Wolf Cubs: Are boys who are in the Second Grade or are 8 yrs. old. Wolf Cubs work with thier parents and den leaders on 12 achievements in their handbook. The Wolf handbook focuses around the scout and his family.

Bear Cubs: Are boys who are in the Third Grade or are 9yrs old. Bear Scouts work with thier den leaders and parents on achievements in thier handbook. Bear Scouts must complete 12 achievements: 1 for god, 3 for country, 4 for family and 4 for self. The Bear Handbook focuses around the scout, his family and the local community.

Webelos: Are boys who are in the Fourth/Fifth Grade or are 10 yrs old. Webelos Scouts work closely with thier den leaders to complete activity badges to earn thier Webelos badge and then the Arrow of Light, this is the only cub scout rank award that a boy may wear on his uniform when he bridges up into the boy scouts! The webelos program focuses around the scout and the larger community around him and prepares the scout to move up into boy scouts.
