Troop 41337 is an awesome group of girls! We are very active and have a lot of fun! We have meets twice a month and try to attend the monthly Service Unit Event.
We enjoy:
~ arts and crafts
~ earning badges
~ songs
~ games
~ various activities
(such as dancing or role playing)
Even more importantly we enjoy Service Projects! To date we have participated in the following:
~ East Goshen's Neighbor-to-Neighbor Day (2 years) - helping an elderly person clean up their yard (as pictured)
~ Operation Happy Sock - make catnip toys for kitty cats in shelters
~ Hearts of Hope - paint ceramic hearts as gifts for cancer patients
We've also been participants of the service unit's event collections for various service projects such as:
~ childrens books for homeless at St. Agnes Day Room
~ items for Kids and Hope Foundation to benefit the homeless in the tent cities of NJ
~ colored for Color a Smile to benefit Meals on Wheels
~ plus more!
During the summer we usually try to have 2 fun meets to keep the girls connected. So far we've gone bowling, had an ice cream party at the park (using just baggies and 3 ingredients!), had a pool party and went on a mall scavenger hunt! FUN!
