Troop 22 has a wonderful group of ADULT AND YOUTH LEADERS who are always willing to help you grow in Scouting.  There are decades of combined Scouting experience available for you to draw from.

The Boy Scout Handbook does an excellent job explaining the BSA Program. It provides valuable skill instruction and has the potential to ignite dreams of adventure, exploration, and fun for boys of all backgrounds and abilities, all of which are possible in Troop 22! 

Spend time with your son, especially if he is new to Scouting, and read the book with him.  Quiz him on a skill or challenge him to a knot tying contest.  Ask him how he sees himself living up to the Scout Law. Scouting should not be just 2 hours a week each Monday night, but a regular and routine part of every day!
