MISSION STATEMENT:
Troop 831 is a youth-led Troop. The goal of Troop 831 is to do our best to uphold the traditions and spirit of Scouting as expressed in the Scout Oath and Scout Law. All members, both youth and adult, participate regardless of race, religious beliefs, physical or mental disability, or financial circumstances. Troop 831 exists to provide service to: our charter organization, American Legion Post #460; our community, the City of Castroville; and our fellow Americans
