Serving West Fort Worth and White Settlement,BSA Troop 2442 invites boys ages 10-18 to join us every Monday at 6:30 for scouting adventures!
Introduced to the United States in 1910 by William Boyce, Boy Scouts of America has grown to become one of the nation's largest and most prominent values-based youth development organizations. The BSA provides a program for young people that builds character, trains them in the responsibilities of participating citizenship, and develops personal fitness.
For nearly a century, the BSA has helped build the future leaders of this country by combining educational activities and lifelong values with fun. The Boy Scouts of America believes — and, through nearly a century of experience, knows — that helping youth is a key to building a more conscientious, responsible, and productive society.
Boys under the age of 10 and in grades 1-5, should enroll in Cub Scouts, a more family oriented version of Boy Scouts. Boys 10 and over (grades 6-12) should inquire about Boy Scouts. Please check out the appropriate "Scouts" link on the left menu for more information on what our scouts will be doing in the upcoming months as well as how to register and uniform policies.
