The Cub Scout Youth Application is attached for downloading and printing if you are interested in joining Pack 2.
Also attached is the Adult Application for those parents or guardians that are interested in taking on a leadership role with the Pack, including the positions of Cubmaster, Assistant Cub Master, Den Leader, Assistant Den Leader, or any position in the Executive Committee.
One Adult Parent or Guardian MUST fill out and turn in an Adult Application if your son is joining as a Tiger (1st Grade).
You only need to fill out the "Local Council Copy" for the Youth and/or Adult Application.
Please make sure you sign the applications. On the Youth Application, sign at the bottom where it states "Signature of Parent/Guardian.
On the Adult Application, sign at the bottom where it states "Signature of Applicant." Additionally, adults need to answer all the questions on the right side of the application, and make sure to sign the "Disclosure/Authorization" page.
The application(s) should be turned in to your Den Leader, Cubmaster, or to the Chair or Treasurer of the Executive Committee.
