- Folding camp chair (each scout needs their own)
- Backpack and/or Duffel Bag with reseal- able plastic bags to
keep items dry
Toilet kit:
- Medications are to be handed to the Scoutmaster
prior to trip

- Hiking boots or other appropriate footwear

- Rain poncho or other appropriate outerwear (can be
inexpensive light plastic)

Mess kit (many adults use a clean Frisbee –No Joke! Note that
usually the only part of a mess kit used is the largest dish and it doesn’t
hold much.)
- Cup or mug, plastic or insulated, used for water, soup, hot
chocolate etc. The metal mess kit mug will burn your fingers!

NO electronics (we are there to enjoy the outdoors and each
others company) - radios, play station portable, Cell Phones If brought they will be returned at the
conclusion of the trip.
