2013

In April our Wolf Den Leader Mrs. Pillman attended NRA training classes for Muzzle Loaders.  After a long weekend of book study and hands on training she was awarded the NRA Muzzle Loader Instructor Training path.




In April Mr. Hempfling took a leadership role in what became our most popular scouting event.  On a brisk Saturday we had a fantastic time doing some Geo-caching and everyone had a great time.


Did you know that our fastest car in Pinewood Derby went down the track at a blistering 202.3mph?  This year were able to get our finish line attached to Pinewood Derby software and the results were amazing.  We had heats where cars were milliseconds apart in time.  We have some fast times to beat in 2014.


 2012

Mr. Hall and Mr. Pillman attended the University of Scouting event organized by Dan Beard Council. Mr. Hall and Mr. Pillman took classes allowing the pack to go camping outside of organized events. The Boy Scouts of America makes safety their highest priority and want to make sure that if scout go camping that their leaders are well trained.
