2015 STAFF OPPORTUNITIES: L.E. PHILLIPS SCOUT RESERVATION

A handful of openings still exist for camp staff 2015. Please complete the application found on the Camping Employment webpage and submit it by April 1st. Working on summer camp is one of the greatest experiences a Scout can have. Anyone who has worked on camp staff will tell you that it was one of the best summers of their lives. Some Scouts who work at camp are either Eagle Scouts or finish up their Eagle because of their experience at camp. Working on staff is a great way to learn communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Check out the website today or if you have any questions call the Scout Service Center (715-832-6671) and ask for Luke McNeese or Matt Dienger.

ADVANCEMENT REGISTRATION FOR CAMP PHILLIPS
Registration for Advancement, Merit Badges, and other programs at Camp Phillips is open. You should be spending time now selecting which Merit Badges and programs you would like to sign up for. This summer, First Year Camper Scouts will be able to take a Merit Badge from 4-5 pm. New programs for summer 2015 include Junior Range Officer Program, Chess Merit Badge (during Open Time), and Fish and Wildlife Management Merit Badge. Also, youth who are age 13 and have completed the 8th grade can participate in a Pistol Program at Shooting Sports.
