Trails End Popcorn Sales
Important Dates
Our sale will begin on Friday,September 25 and end on Thursday, October 22
Money and Return date is Friday and Saturday October 25-26 from 10 am – 1 pm
Popcorn Pickup Date Friday September 25 Time: 5 pm – 8 pm and Saturday September 26 Time: 10 am – 1 pm
Location: 7421 W. 53rd St. We are two blocks east of Pettigrew Elementary on the corner of 53rd and Wilson.
- I will not accept unannounced pick-ups of popcorn this year.
- If you would like to place an order please submitted it by email or by calling and you will be able to pick that order up either on Tue. or Thu. of the week you submitted the order between 5 pm – 8 pm.
- If you transfer popcorn between the pack a transfer form must be filled out and submitted to me either upon your next pick-up of popcorn or when you return popcorn! OTHERWISE YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT OF THOSE ITEMS THAT YOU TRANSFERRED! It would be a good idea to send me an email as well so that I can make a mental note.
- Make sure to check you order forms for proper items sold (problems with this last year) and to make sure sales are legible (problems last year).
Goals
Our unit’s popcorn sales goal is$ 23,000
Each Scout’s sales goal is $ 975 pay for a great Scouting program.
We plan to use the money we raise to do the following things:
1.)Awards and Patches earned throughout the year
2.)Pay for expenses
3.)Blue and Gold, Advancement, and Christmas Party's
Our unit’s special rewards will be:
1 $450 – Movie tickets/Scout Store
2 $850 – Camp (Scout +1 Parent) with early bird registration
3 Den with highest sales will get a pizza party (averaged)
4 If PACK 682 meets our goal of 23000. We will have a Sky Zone party.
