Membership….

All girls and adults who attend meetings, events and troop trips must be registered members of GSUSA.  Adults must have a volunteer application on file.  $15.00 per girl or adult.  Membership cycles run from Oct 1^st through September 30^th.

 

Registration:

 

In order for your daughter to become an official member of the troop, she must complete:

·         Girl Membership Form

·         $15.00 registration fee.

·         Girl Health and Emergency Medical Form

If you as a parent want to participate in troop activities such as meetings and fieldtrips, you must complete:

·         Adult Registration Form

·         Pay $15.00 registration fee

·         Authorization and Release for Background Check Form

·         Adult Health and Emergency Medical Authorization Form


Financial Assistance:

 

No girl is ever denied membership to Girl Scouting because of financial need.  For information about financial assistance for membership dues, handbooks, uniforms, or council events, please fill out the Opportunity Fund Scholarship Form and mail it to the GSAZ council office.   Financial assistance is also available for summer camp.  Click on the following link to download the fianacial assistance forms.
