CUB  ADVENTURE  WEEKEND  -  Hooray for Heroes

Cub Adventure Weekend 2014's theme is Hooray for Heroes.  Cub Scouts will learn about the American hero and what it means to be a hero throughout the day on Saturday, May 17th. Special guests this year will include (US Marshals, Preble County Sheriff's evidence tech, Camden police department K9 unit, and much, much more... ). New this year! All participants and Staff (Youth and Adult) will be participating in a service project benefiting Adams Hope. We are asking each participant and staff member (Youth and Adult) to bring an item or two to support our hero's overseas. Please see the leaders guide for more information and suggested item list.  

This is going to be our pack's spring camping  opportunity so don't miss out!

Early registration has passed but you can still attend!

Registration fee until April 30th is $45 per scout or tag-a-long and $25 per adult. 3 and under are free.

Weekend meals are included.

T-Shirts are available for $10 (more for sizes 2X & up) but must be ordered in advance.

At least one adult must accompany every scout or group of scout siblings.

Welcome back scouts and scout parents!

This month is the first official pack meeting of the new school year and we will be welcoming new scouts
to Pack 516. Come prepared for a great time!

The meeting will be at Dr John Hole Elementary School in the multipurpose room from 6:30pm to about 8:00pm.

We will also be signing up and accepting payment for the fall campout, cost is $tbd per scout and $tbd per adult or sibling.

This month's core value is Cooperation.

We will have popcorn updates and announce some bonus prizes that the
top sellers in the pack can earn as well as a bonus raffle!

As always, the pack meeting is open to ALL family and friends so ask your scout to bring a buddy
that he thinks would be interested in scouting.
