Each den will organize and plan the event with the Den Leader, Cub Master and Committee Member assistance/guidance.
Each den should ask for assistance from the Pack when needed.
If a family member has expertise in an event/subject for the Pack, please volunteer to help the den in charge.
Make plans to volunteer your time and work on things ahead of time not only on the day of the event!
Make it fun for all parents and children (make this social not single).

*Each den will send a Den Leader (or parent representative) to the Den Leader Committee Meeting held once each month.
