Northern Star Council believes every youth should have the opportunity to experience the excitement of camping, and wants to provide the opportunity for registered youth to go to Northern Star Council summer and winter camps. These experiences help youth learn new skills and advance through the ranks of Scouting. The intent of camperships is to ensure that any youth with financial difficulties is not denied the opportunity to attend any Northern Star Council camping program.

 

 

 

All youth who receive camperships will be required to provide part of the fee. Camperships may be granted for up to half of the camp fee, not exceeding $120.00. Please submit a separate campership form for each camp and/or youth. All camperships will be confirmed by letter to the unit leader listed on the form.

 

 

Parents need to fill out the forms and then submit to the Scoutmaster.  All the paperwork is due to the Council by June 1st
