Cub Haunted is an overnight camp-out for Cub Scouts at either Camp Comer, Sequoyah or Westmoreland.  It is a weekend full of games, crafts, good food, hayrides, BB gunsarchery,  costume contests, and FUN for the whole family! The ENTIRE family is welcome to attend!
There are several sessions and you may attend any session, but the pack has chosen the following session to attend:

Saturday - Sunday (4:00pm to 11:30am)
October 15 - 16, 2016
at

Camp Comer

How do we register?

Register online or direct with the Council. Cub Hounted sign up.  Pre-registration time frame TBD.  Please let me know if/when you register so we know who is going.

We must have a completed BSA Health Form (Parts A and B) before leaving for this camp, so go ahead and complete it and turn in with Registration.

Online Registration is safe and easy but make sure to bring confirmation of this to the Pack Meeting.  Download Registration forms here and they are available at the Scout Service Center, or we will have a few copies on hand at the Pack meeting.

Weekends at Comer are always very heavily attended so we are signing up early. You are welcome to register individually and you can attend another session. (The one week prior to event deadline w/ $20 late fee is the GAC deadline and late registrants must bring a tent.)

How much does it cost?

The cost is $58.00 per cub and partner and $73.00 for 2 Cubs and partner. Additional family members are $20.00 each, (Children 5 and under are free). The fee includes dinner, breakfast, program supplies and a Cub Haunted T-Shirt and patch for the CubScout. Pre-orders of T-shirts for adult sizes and non-Scout youth are available. Please indicate on the registration form if you would like to purchase additional shirts for $10.00 each. 2X and 3X shirts are $15.00each.

If you have money in your Scout's Pack Account from last year it is available for this event. Just keep your receipt or registration confirmation for reimbursement.

Check-In is 2 - 4 PM.  It is recommended to get there as early to avoid a line at check in but you are not allowed in too early as the Friday night campers will be leaving at 11:30 AM on Saturday.   We recommend to leave Calera around 11:30 on day of sign-in.  All events will be over by 11:30 on Sunday. However, you are still allowed to walk around or hike the trails that afternoon if you did not get the chance on Saturday.
