Starting a new troop can be both exciting and overwhelming at the same time!
You are never alone in the process of starting your troop. I will be with you every step of the way! As Troop Organizer, I will make sure you have the needed girls, and needed leadership team in place to start your troop!
As Coach, I will answer your questions, hold your hand, and guide you through your first year as leader.
