JOIN SCOUTS NIGHT for Pack 501 will be announced soon for the 2015 year. Interested boys in 1st - 5th grades and their parents please join us to learn more!  The boys will have a blast, the parents will learn about scouting's Mission, Purpose and Core Values and why Pack 501 Leadership believes in them so much, and we will answer all of your questions!  Please don't miss it!

Cub Scouting means "doing."  Everything in Cub Scouting is designed to have the boys doing things.  Activities are used to achieve the aims of Scouting - spiritual growth, citizenship training, character development, and personal fitness to name a few.  Many of the activities happen right in the den and pack meetings.  Additional achievements can be completed at home with the help of the scout's family.  Scouting encourages families to spend time with their son working towards these goals.

We happily welcome new scouts to Pack 501!  New scouts and their parents may join us for a meeting to see what the Scouting program is all about.  We ask that you notify us in advance via the 'Contact Our Pack' link above so that we can make sure the Den Leaders have prepared for the appropriate number of participants at each meeting.
