Cub Scout Application

All new scouts are required to complete a membership application. Click here to download a youth application for submission . Annual Pack 37 Dues are approximately $40.00 (depending on when you join during the year, and also depending on how well the pack does with popcorn fundraising for the year). Adult Leader Applications

Pack 37 has a very active leadership, dedication to the character development of each boy. Active parent participation is essential to ensure success of the Pack. Pack 37 leader positions are listed below.

The following position work directly with the scouts:

Adults interested in “Helping the Pack grow” should discuss their interests with the Cubmaster. All adult leaders must complete an application Click here to download the application.

All registration and training fees are paid by the volunteer.

**MANDATORY YOUTH PROTECTION TRAINING**

All scout leaders or assistant leaders must complete Youth Protection Training. Click here to access the trainin g by creating an account on the myscouting.org website. Training must be repeated every two years.

Parent Talent Survey - This form gives Pack 37 information about additional resources that help the pack go!

Scout Personal Data Collection Form - This form is required in addition to the Youth Application and should be turned in at the time of joining the unit. This information is entered into our database which records all personal data, advancement records and allows the unit to prepare the required permits for each activity.
