Cub Scout Pack 68 is chartered to St. Andrew Presbyterian Church in Decatur, Alabama. The pack operates in the Arrowhead District of the Greater Alabama Council as part of the Boy Scouts of America.

Members of Pack 68 come from West Morgan Elementary School, Chestnut Grove Elementary School, Julian Harris Elementary School, Master's Hand Christian School, and the surrounding areas.

The pack is active year round and participates in a variety of activities, including camping, hiking, fishing, local parades, day camp, field trips, and community service projects. Scouts generally meet once a week with their dens or pack throughout the school year, and there is at least one pack activity each month during the summer.
